LISA SCHAUWECKER WITH BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY IS ON THE MAP... AND SHE IS HERE TO STAY

After showing a home early in the morning in Fenton, Lisa Schauwecker returned to The Hill at the headquarters of Pinnacle Home Loans  to be a guest on the Mortgage and Real Estate Podcast.  Although Lisa only entered the realtor profession a couple years ago, you wouldn't know it by her success and her approach to the business.

Lisa recently retired from Spire f/k/a Laclede Gas Co., so she knows her way around this town.  Laclede Gas previously equipped its employees with the "Grid-Book" to map out the St. Louis area... if you know, then you know.  You can find Lisa showing homes from Troy to Bonne Terre... Webster Groves to Fenton... and everywhere in between.  

During her first couple of years in the industry, Lisa has earned Rookie of the Year and Honor Society awards... and clearly she is still on the move and on the rise.  Lisa loves learning, networking, and engaging with clients.  She recognizes that doing things the way they always have been done is not good enough.  Diligence, persistence, and red-carpet-treatment is what you should expect when working with Lisa.
