She ran out of PTO at the reputable law firm she worked as a successful paralegal... so Erica Williams simply formed her own company.  Today, that company - A Red Circle - is a very active and impactful organization.  

The Pinnacle brothers look forward to talking with people spurred to action by right motives and right intentions.  Erica clearly is motivated to make a significant positive change in the St. Louis community, particularly in North St. Louis County.  As we have seen before, committing to action results in meaningful change.
